4506 Magazines, just a bit too short.

Probably mags for the 4516 would be my best guess, without a photo. Pictures would certainly help.

3 day Gun Show, When to go?

Rule of thumb is; Best selection early - Best deal late. I stopped going to big gun shows 25 years ago. Some small local shows are still worth the price of admission around here. Hope you find a bargain! And share it here!

    Coffee?

Dad picked up a habit of adding salt to his coffee grounds prior to perculating it when he served in Korea. Said it cuts down the bitterness of the brewed coffee. I never drank any coffee they had in Korea, but I did pick up his habit and still shake a tad of salt in mine. (just because I...

    Under desk holster?

I have a gun magnet attached to the side of my couch, where a PX4 resides 24/7. (no youngsters, just me and the wife) No holster required and the handgun is readily available, yet mostly obscured by the end table. I think they are perfect for "under desk/dashboard/bedside" locations as well.

RECEIVED TWO GREAT BOTTLES OF BOURBON AS A GIFT THIS WEEK - REALLY GOOD ONES TOO!

    Hoppe's No. 9 is not a CLP

As a kid in the 60's I was taught to clean my guns using Dad's cleaning kit. You know the one, it probably came from Sears or Western Auto and was in a metal case. Hoppes was used to clean the bore, cylinder and action and "gun oil" was used afterwards to protect everything from rust. I've...
