I love the Reacher character in the books and films, but find the TV series to be comic book-like; i.e. unrealistic gunfights and brawls. I much prefer the cerebral approach of the books and films; the TV series does not appeal to me.

The 3" barrel is a plus for many of us, and the nickel finish is, too. Looks like a square butt, though the picture is not definitive in that regard. That is a great gun and worth a minimum of $600, IMO.

Got mine earlier this week. Love everything about it, save for the cheaper quality paper used for the pages. I'd gladly have paid more to have the same quality paper as my 4th edition. Nevertheless, a great piece of work by Supica and Nahas. My thanks to both of these men for doing what they do.

That gun in the condition it appears to be in, with original walnut checkered PC magnas with diamonds, is a $600 gun all day long in my circle. Service or magna is correct. Diamond magnas are a plus.
