I pick the gun up this Tuesday. My wife and I like to hike allot. Nothing real strenuous, or deep in the woods with bears and such. We prefer old Rails to Trails and similar venues. Never know what could creep up in today's world though. This will be much easier to carry than my 4" L frame 686...

I bought it BNIB back in the late 80's. Also had a 6", but sold that one and kept the 4". Thanks for the nice comments...

or, I should tell the truth, a retired old fart! Been a shooter all my life. Mostly shotguns (sporting clays, trap and skeet) and S&W revolvers. Look forward to making some new friends here... :) Mike
