    Remington XP100

XP 100 If it was mine, I would leave it as is. Having said that, I had one back in the 80's that had been converted to a 7mm08 with a 14" barrel.I shot this "pistol" in the unlimited class in metallic sil. matches at Rio Salado range in Mesa, Az. Back then, this was a common modification...

    W-W Treasury ammo?

WW +P+ My agency issued that round for duty carry in the 80's. We carried it in 2 and 4" model 10 K frames. I was a FA instructor and have seen thousands of rounds of that go down range through K frames. I clocked some of this 80's vintage LEO ONLY +P+ 110 JHP last year from my Labradar...

A quick retrospective on Skeeter Skelton

Skeeter I read everything he wrote in Shooting Times and he was a great influencer in my early handgun experiences. I followed his recommendations on model 19's, 28's, 1911's, BHP's, Charter arms bulldog's, etc. 357 magnums, 41 magnums, 44 specials and 45 LC's all became part of my shooting...

    A Few Switchblades, Again

Gaggle Political incorrectness is the norm here. Great “gaggle” of switchblades. I have my share. Particularly like your daily user. Knives are made to be used & not abused. Great to see one in that shape that has that kind of mileage on it. It is even more special since your compadre gave...

    Ruger 44 mag....

Nice SBH. Perfect companion for any outdoor venture. That stainless & stag go well together. I have owned one since the 70’s.
