    The Bantam K/L grip will fit the N Frame, just leaving a slight portion of the top of the frame exposed on top. It is only noticeable if you look close, but it feels great. It may have to do. ML

    I called S&W. The Governor uses a K/L grip frame and NOT an N frame RB grip frame. I am glad they do this, but I really wish Hogue made the grip for an N. ML

    Good advice, however, Hogue does not make (for sale) the rubber Bantam grip for an N Frame RB. They do make it for S&W for the Governor, but do not sell it as a separate piece. ML

    Please keep us posted on the conversion. Mine is just like yours, but has a round butt, 3" barrel and Mag-Na-Porting. I would like to be able to shoot ACP, if the new cylinder doesn't diminish accuracy. ML

    Reported to B&H Gun Rack at 1300 hours with cash in my pocket and the 38/44 was gone. They said it was bought that morning. I hope the OP was the one. Trip was not a total loss, as I left with a police trade-in Beretta 1201 Shotgun with a Surefire forend for under $500. ML

    Pinky, you're right that they are not lining up for the gun, yet. Do you think the factroy could make the cylinger black also. In looking at refinishing options, I haven't found anyone who will refinish Ti. GD, Didn't think about selling now. I would only do it if what I have is worth more...
