Sorry for the delay on the pics. I had to put the gun on layaway. USPSA has been quite expensive since I moved to Open class and this has drained my gun fund account. I picked the revolver up day. Here are a few pics. For those interested the serial number is 8K45xxx

You are correct sir. I hit the 5 key rather than the 4. As for the comments on the locktite, I did use the blue label version and a very very small amount just to keep the rod in place. When I was taking the gun apart I found a neat little trick on how to open the cylinder using a business card.

Fast forward to today. I ordered a set of replacement grips then spent an hour polishing her while watching reruns of Seinfeld. I also discovered the reason the cylinder was locked up was because the ejector rod backed out slightly. A little locktite and she's good to go. After pic:

A couple of weeks ago I stumbled across a S&W Model 10 no dash, nickel, 4 screw at the local pawn shop. She was pretty ruff, had some rubber grips that were trashed, and the pawn shop employee said the cylinder was locked up. Something about that gun caught my eye so I decided to take a chance...
