I find them fine during the day but try it in low / no light and see how much it affects your vision. The gases going vertical can be blinding and distracting in those situations. So try it and see with your carry ammo and see how it works for you.

The tags in both boxes call them Light Hunters and the serial numbers are a bit apart so i dont know about a typo. So is the actual UDR something different? Is there someone out there whose S&W tag says something different? Also both serial numbers begin with MCAxxxxx. Thanx!!!

No moon clips in the box but did find a S&W tag that refers to them as light hunters. I dont think there is enough space between the cylinder and the recoil shield to fit a moon clip as the cylinder on these is not relieved like i've seen in pics of other revolvers using clips. Guess ill get...
