Thanks Rule3. Some data from 3 different data chart is where I came up with 5.0gr of powder. No exact dimensions that I found for type of bullet and powder. So are you thinking my OAL should be closer to max at 1.169 then? like 1.160 or so? thanks for your response.

hey Rule3, didn't find the info you left. But did look at the manuals online and have 2 books which do not give data for the boolits and powder I have here. Only info i find was 100gr fmj 115 lead 124 fmj. so took 10% off lead data to have starting point, but still have unburnt powder left in...

And if you are using HS-6, how much for an 115gr. FMJ would you use?
