New Triple K Model 52 Magazines

I can’t seem to find the original thread so I’ll post a new one. I received the new Triple K model 52 magazine today. I thought I’d get one and try it before I order very many of them. I’m glad I did. To be honest I think I can sum it up in one word , Junk ! At first look it looked kinda...

The 340 is the best CCR , ever !

Not because it’s the best variation , being a 5 shot revolver. Not because it’s in the best caliber , but 357 is more than effective. Not because it’s not brutal in recoil and report. It’s the best because I got a pocket holster for it and it’s in my pocket every time I leave my house. It has...

Almost wish it was original. 3” 686

I had a good friend pass. I bought several guns from his estate. I almost left this one because I was a little disappointed that someone had greatly customized a 3” 686-4. The action is like butter , the sights have been changed to a gold dot and rounded at the rear for carry. The hammer and...

Hope for early 80s presentation cases.

I’ve never seen an early 80s P Case wasn't complete dust when you opened it. I’ve opened some that were still sealed in the wrap and they were dust when I opened them. Definitely a flaw in design at S&W. Today I received my inserts for my pair of early S&W 629 no dash revolvers from Rick. To...

    Tactical Solutions 1911 / 22 conversion.

I have this 22 conversion for sale. It fits most if not all standard 1911s. I had it on a Kimber and it ran flawlessly. 1 factory mag and 3 pro mags. Here is the manufacturer’s description. For high volume, dirt cheap practice or plinking with a centerfire pistol, few accessories are as useful...

Something wrong with these M41 mags

They have this pesky little spacer in them and bullets won’t fit. Plus they only hold 5 rounds. 😀

    S&W N frames , 453.50

I remember in 1983, I was 20 years old. Hard to believe it’s been 40 years. I worked at a hardware store that was the best gun-shop in the area. It was called Burton Hardware and Sporting Goods. We had lots of N frames in the glass case , displayed in the wood presentation cases for 453.50. I...

    I never buy a gun that I don’t shoot.

Love to hear this from people. Or , how does it shoot? I shoot every gun I have , that’s what they are made for. Well my response to that is I’ve bought many guns that I never have and never will, shoot. And as far as what it was made for , good thing you’re not a stamp collector. It would be a...

    A revolver S&W didn’t make ( but should have )

My friend James Brewster sold me this custom 3” 617. I felt like a special revolver like this should have the works so I had it engraved and put ivory stocks on it. I’m very happy with the result. It’s a keeper.

When you get a 5.5” Model 41 barrel

    So I made a little gun deal…..

I had a good friend that passed. His interests and mine were pretty much the same and he had been collecting for over 40 years. I could search gun shows for 20 years and not find this many desirable and collectible S&Ws. I’ll miss my friend but I appreciate his family for allowing me to enjoy...

Maybe some of the long time members will remember the wheel of 3.5” 27s. It must be , what , 20 years now ?

    Exciting 41-1 finds.

I was so excited to find 2 Model 41-1s. One is an ultra rare 5.5” , (verified by shipping invoice). It has an additional 7 3/8ths barrel. The other is one of the last 28 to leave the factory in 1976. The last of the 41-1s. It’s NIB. I’m very excited to say the least.
