I put a set of Hogue X frame grips from my 329PD onto my Smith mdl 69. However the factory Hogue grips that were on the mdl 69 will not fit the N frame sized 329PD. Is this what I should expect, or am I just not holding my mouth right whilst trying to install them?

Did Smith go to a new or different type of rifling on the model 69? On my new model 69, it appears that the rifling has rounded edges instead of having crisp edges like my other Smiths.

I'm looking for recommendations for a holster for my new Model 69. I prefer the Bianchi 5BHL style, but they don't make one that i can find on there site that fits the 69. My bbl is the 4-1/4" version, not the snubby. HELP!
