    TL Target recently sold: interesting...

Some of you may have witnessed this very recent Gunbroker sale which I was asked by a sharp eyed friend to comment on some days before it closed last night. It's beautiful and a low #492 that would only make a nice shooter. Because however, it does have "history", some factory work but also a...

    Model 41 Safety

My 41 is an early 70s vintage. The manual safety is a bear to disengage. I bought the gun new so I know that no one has worked on it. I have cleaned and oiled it but no help. Is this the nature of the beast on the Model 41 or does it need better fitting?

    1917 Barrel Conversion Project

Got this WW I 1917 Army pretty cheap; all original except it had a cut down .455 Mk II barrel (bore dimensions all wrong for 45 ACP.) Here it is converted to a barrel w/shroud the way the factory should have made them pre war, (at least after the military production), the same as the 44...

    Retro 22/32 New I frame M34

This is a refinished M 34 'New I frame' with .400" target trigger. Not a factory re-finish so not that collectible, but my favorite shooter. Therefore it seemed a good candidate for me to 'massage'. 4" barrel replaced with a M 43, 3 1/2", a more preferable length for me. Fortunately the M 43...
