I have an opportunity to buy a new full sized M&P in .357 sig. It comes with night sighs and 3 mags for $382. I do not have anything in .357 sig right now. Am I a fool to pass it up? Are there any issues with the M&P in .357 sig?

I keep hearing about the K frames and the dreaded 125 gr Magnum loadings. Is it O.K. to feed a J frame mag (M60) a quasi-steady diet of magnum rounds? Are the 125 worse than the 158's? Planned round counts include about 100-200 mags a year for as long as I own the gun, plus lots of 38's. Thanks.

I have seen pictures of a lanyard ring that appears to replace the bottom screw of the Hogue grips on a S&W. It looks like this would be a no modification way to add a loop when needed. Does anyone know where to order the ring (if they exist)? Thanks.
