More Trooper revolvers from around the country.

These are some of the S&W revolvers I have that were issued to State Troopers from around the country. The first are Kentucky State Police 686, 66-3 2 1/2, 60 and 649. They did a really nice job of engraving the plate on the right side.

I've been collecting State Police, State Patrol and Highway Patrol items from around the country for sometime. Here a few of the State Police S&W autos. No commemoratives. They have to be marked by the agency in some fashion.

I have located a model 10 heavy barrel marked on the left side of the frame under the cylinder marked S.C.H.D. Does it anyone know what this means for sure other then speculation? also the crane has a spade marked on it. Any help would be great and I hope this is a former SC State Trooper...

I was at a gun show today and seen a smith model 60 marked CHP with a badge in the C. I dont know if this was a backup or what? did CHP ever have this at any point? First one I have seen. Anyone know anything about them? Thanks.

I was told today in a gun shop that they saw a Washington State Patrol Sigma and it was marked. I am pretty sure Mississippi Highway Patol and Tenn. Highway Patrol had them for a very short time but this is the first time I have heard of Washington. Any one else heard this? thank you.
