Anyone know what the best red dot sight for the M&P15-22 for under $100 is? I tried doing a search but couldn't see a clear consensus.

In this economy, who isn't? Bah! Seriously though, I just bought the gun and I'm loving it. Problem is, the stock doesn't seem to want to slide. I press down the lever and it just doesn't move at all. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks for the help in advance.
