I bought a 686-1 a couple months back. It's in close to perfect condition except the front orange sight insert is cracked a little. Do they sell replacement inserts that pop right in?

I might get flamed for this but i'm curious. Does anyone ever carry a magazine thats not full to capacity to save on weight for ccw? I carry an M&P 40 in a Super tuck Deluxe and it's not heavy by any means but today i took 7 rounds out of the mag to make it an even 8 and i could barely tell it...
