Just picked up a nice Mod 42 Airweight (thanks RPG) and am curious as to year of mfg. I called S&W and they told me “between 1971-74.” I have no reason to believe they’re incorrect but am wondering if anyone here can narrow that down even more? It’s SN L65XX. Any additional info is appreciated!
