My brand new M&P 9mm came with 3 mags. Two of the mags have defective mag followers that don't properly engage the lifting tab on the slide lock lever. They engage just enough to permit the lever to lock the slide back, but I'm sure in time they will wear down the plastic follower and won't lock...
