Hi All: My friend inherited a S&W .357 s/n 47K78XX that gives 1979 as the production year but it's marked mod 66-1. The gun is blue steel and is marked CSP 768 on the side. I thought model 66 means stainless. Any ideas on the value and the markings will be appreciated.
