Seekins Enhanced Bolt Release

M&P22c Slide Pin Walking out??
I have continued to tap this thing back in several times, tried a little Blue LocTite, but it is still walking out. Options to get this thing to stay put? It walks out after approx 300-400 rounds - basically every time we take it out for a workout, it needs tapped back in.- MrDonivan
