Years ago I purchased are fairly large quantity of R-P 38spl 148gr HBWC MATCH bullets. These appear to have no lube & do not look they have been sized. They are fairly hard lead with a blackened outer appearance. Does anybody have knowledge of this bullet. They measure .360. Will they require...
