Has any member here removed the Flash Hider and installed a Muzzle Brake?

I don't need to replace my ejector yet, but..looking in the receiver over the barrel, I see a small screw?. Is that a pin or an allen screw? Has anyone removed and replaced the ejector? Does it take a special tool to remove that pin/screw?:confused:
