Operates well, like my 10mm's. I smoothed out the catchiness of the trigger take up but would like suggestions on a better trigger set-up. The www shows there are many to choose from... all saying they're the best. Any experiences here would be appreciated. TIA.

Is the technology there, or will it be to make one small enough? Would it be useful being that small? Would you mill your slide to fit one? IMO, here's the most important issue to think about to consider if you believe so and say yes. Is it practical given the S&W BG2's philosophy of use?

A spring loaded center punch, 1/16" drill bit, and a bit of phosphorescent paint made the OEM rear sight much easier to see and user friendly in all lighting conditions.
