Just a play of light. Not the best photo in the world (iPhone). Gonzo

    "Price Check" on a Model 19-5 2.5"

I actually have a couple of other nice sets of grips for it, to include the original, so maybe I might put it around $550.

    "Price Check" on a Model 19-5 2.5"

I realize that prices today seem to vary pretty dramatically based on location, but that being said... I'm looking to come up with a sale price for a 19-5 2.5" that is in really nice condition. I am not the original owner, but it appears to have been shot very little and never seen the inside...

    F.B.I. Model 13

While it was not my "primary issue", I did have a 13-3 on my card when I was the Bureau and I carried it quite a bit in lieu of my 1076, which I also loved. The Gun Vault had to pry both of them from my hands under loud and, according to my SSRA, somewhat juvenile and childish protest. LOL! Gonzo

    Model 36 No Dash Question

I'm pondering a trade and I need to get some input regarding the Model 36 No Dash series. If condition is equal amongst a group of Model 36 No Dash revolvers, is there any benefit or desirability to a specific year or time period of production? This is supposed to be a 1982 gun, but I have not...

WTT (MS only): S&W Model 19-3 Nickel or Colt Detective Special Nickel for Model 12-4

I appreciate the generous offers, but aside from my agency issued bottom-feeder, I'm strictly a revolver guy (trying to feed a snubnose habit that is quickly spiraling out-of-control). Gonzo

WTT (MS only): S&W Model 19-3 Nickel or Colt Detective Special Nickel for Model 12-4

WTT (MS only): S&W Model 19-3 Nickel or Colt Detective Special Nickel for Model 12-4 Ok, I've got the itch for a Model 12-4 snubbie.  I've got two beautiful nickel snubs in my safe that I can't bring myself to carry.  And right now I'm only interested in having carry guns in my safe.  I'm just...

    Question regarding Model 12-4

Yeah, that is part of what threw me...the wide variation in prices. I'm really kind of set on a -4 model and I'm only interested in the snubbie version.

    Question regarding Model 12-4

Ok, I've got the bad jones for a Model 12 and I'm pretty sure I want the Model 12-4 due to (a) the standard frame thickness and, more important to my personal taste , (b) the round butt. I have not had great luck finding anything locally (and I do try and keep it local). My google-fu has been...

    My Model 12 addiction.....

Ok, guys...no more Model 12 threads, please! I'm still fruitlessly hunting for a Model 12-4 in Mississippi and these threads with the beautiful pictures do nothing but drive me nut! Cut it out!!!!! LOL! Gonzo

WTB: Holster for 2" Model 64 (Model 10)

I'm looking for a nice, leather, right hand OWB holster for my 2" Model 64. I recently picked one up in trade, but it fits somewhat loose and I don't feel it is very secure. Thanks, Gonzo Gonzo4Hire(at)aol(dot)com

My new (to me) 19-5 snubbie...

I actually really like the Bantam Hogues. And I'm quite pleased with the purchase. It appears to have lived its life thus far in a safe.

My new (to me) 19-5 snubbie...

The results of my earlier "price check" thread: I paid $500 with no box or papers. It appears to have been shot very little and never carried. I need to find some proper grips, but I feel it was money well spent.

    Price check on a 19-5 2.25"

OK, I could not resist. Upon picking it up, it appears to have been shot very little and never carried. Sorry for the quick iPod pics, but I will get some decent ones up later.

It is being sold by an individual and he is pretty firm at $500.

    Price check on a 19-5 2.25"

Well, I'm working off of pictures only right now, but based on his description and the pictures, I would probably rate it higher than "nice" and more along the lines of "excellent". Which is why I'm leaning towards giving him a solid "I'll take it" before somebody else jumps in line in front of...
