    But the NYPD would have to vastly improve their hit percentage rate. A 10% rate just won't get it.

    Newbie question

    I recently came into the possession of a S&W Model 65-3 which has the Hogue rubber grips on it. Did the Model 65-3 originally have wood grips and if so where could I find some wood grips that isn't extremely expensive?

    Thanks for the info. It has a 4 inch barrel. It is like my other 2 Smith's one sweet trigger. I am going to have to stay away from them as they seem to be addictive.
