My 2213 came in a blue plastic box w/a blue cordura? zip cover and a small black holster.
That said, a friend of mine bought a 2214 about the same time that came in a cardboard box that did not include any goodies.

I have her sister, the 2213 (stainless or brushed aluminum I forget which). I have had it for probably 10 years and it has digested 1000's upon 1000's of rounds. Great little guns!
