    Bob, this was John's 645 just as I got it from him with an Optima 2000 dot sight already installed on it. It had the adjustable rear sight so the slide was milled to mount the sight.

    Did the OP ever find screws for his grips? I measured a ''K'' frame PC screw length and came up with 1.16 inches.

    Yes, a 10 round mag will work. Nice if you are able to get one with an extended baseplate since it has a mag well for easier loading. Not sure how many made.
