nope. head stamped 45 LC cowboy loads Winchester.

the measurement were .504 at the base of the hull to .704 at the swelled middle.

I can measure the hulls, they are significantly larger at the base to about 2/3 the hull length. I do not want a new gun, that is why I buy only older stuff. I tried to paste pictures of the measurements. no luck.

It has not been shot but a very few times, I took it out and shot 12 rounds thru it. First cyl would not eject fired rounds tamped them out and ran 6 more, hard to eject, looked at the hulls and they are swollen on the bottom 2/3 of the hull length. Obviously the cly was machined incorrectly...
