Got a brand new 15-22 and will be replacing the furniture/sights to match my M&P15. What would these parts be worth? Are the stock and grip mil-spec and the same as what comes on the 5.56 rifle? What about sights?

Started life as M&P15MOE. Swapped the barrel out for a BCM CHF barrel with middy gas and Troy TRX Extreme handguard. I also have a M&P15-22 on it's way to me.

Is it possible to buy just the base plate with the extra finger rest. I have a few magazines that have a flat plate that I'd like to convert.
