well we had the OOB experience. Sent it back and when I get it back there are no explanations one what was done and the magazine I included as it seemed to snag is sent back too. what sh!tty service. so if it happened early in the game magazines were given, now they are to cheap/lazy to fix...

Great, I read the threads and think well perhaps all these comments have improved customer service.
