    Durability question.

My buddy has a 10/22 with a "tactical rifle" look. It's got the pistol grip and stock. He swapped the barrel and the receiver parts out and basically dropped it into a new stock with a pistol grip. It was a kit of some kind. So if the ordinary look isn't for you, you could go that route. I'm...

I'm in the process of getting one. Just can't seem to fin one that fits my budget. Thinking about doing a build. Belt fed, you have a good point. I'll let the guy know next time I see him I'm new to shooting and these rifles

    Increase recoil?

I was talking with a guy at the range and he asked me if there is a way to increase recoil to be a fully mimic the ar. I had no idea and got me kind of curious. Is there a way? I wouldn't think so, but this guy says he thinks it could be done. Thoughts on this? Edit: sorry meant to be in 15-22...

leave crayola on while shipping back?

Ive tried searching for this but couldn't seem to find anything about it. I've done some crayola work, and was wondering if it was necessary to remove it at all while sending it back. I personally don't think it would matter, but I don't want to just assume. It didn't cross my mind at the time...

15-22 ammo choice for home defense?

Very good point. Well if your lucky the bad guy wont be armed with more than a knife and just see the "m-16/m4" and scare him off. He doesn't need to know its a .22 LR. I know if someone pulled the 15-22 on me when I didn't have firepower, and i had no idea what caliber it was, I would try to...

New and very much Improved S&W MP15-22

Did you notice any other differences at all? I recently purchased mine and am debating on whether or not if i want to send it back. Has no blue springs but ejects fine. At this point the gun seems fine with few FTF's. I don't have the "25 rd" label on the mag either. Is it worth sending back yet?
