Binding cylinder I had trouble with binding cylinder on a mod 28 with a 4" barrel. I was reloading with DuPont IMR 4227 and it wouldn't burn all the powder and unburned powder bond the cylinder crane and under ejection star. I switched to Unique and no more problem. XR750
