Sold Pending Funds!
Selling my Competitive Edge Dynamics Model 7000T shot timer. It's new in its original box. Also comes with a blue silicone protector sleeve. Decided to go in a different directions shortly after I bought it. I did use it one time at the range and it worked great. Also picked...
ALL SOLD.
Selling these two sets of sights for a Smith & Wesson M&P for a friend. Both sights have been pushed onto his gun - then off, so the sights are not brand new, but they basically look it. Reason for selling is that he changed from wanting tritium/fiber optic to target sights. Both...
I thought I would add a few more photos. After reading a few more of the comments I went back and looked at Jerry again and there is a part of the cylinder that bugs me. Looking at the left side of the cylinder there is a spot where there are two gaps along the cylinder wall. Any thoughts on why...
PHB,
I assure you the pics are not altered or were faked. I was there and it was all pretty real. And if I go into my gun room right now, I assure you, 3/4 of a S&W 625JM will still be on the wall. If you need further proof, I'd be glad to post more pictures. Although it does look a little...
I should have left an update here after I found out - guess I let it slip.
Smith told me that they would gladly replace my 625 for $750... In all honesty, it was likely a user error so they had no responsibility to replace it, so it made sense. I will tell you that it was like pulling teeth to...
Through emails and a few phone calls, its clear this guy is one of the good guys. I sold my pistol to him, and it was a smooth professional transaction. Any dealings with him can be done with confidence. Thanks again Joe!

Sold pending funds.
Unfortunately I have to sell my M&P 360. I bought this with the plan to use it as a daily carry gun, but money issues have come up and now I can't afford it.
I've put exactly 50 rounds through this gun and boy does it shoot! All 50 rounds were 38 special 125gr factory...
I apologized for the miscommunication over and over and over again, and here I am apologizing again. I'm sorry for the confusion.
To call my transactions "misleading" is misleading in and of itself. I have bought and sold many items on this site and hundreds of transactions on other sites. To...
I taper crimp, so it most certainly wasn't a crimp issue.
Also, my powder measure is always set up for Universal, it never changes so there was no likelihood of mixed powder.
I'm really anxious to hear with the guys at Smith say. I'm fairly confident they will say overcharge as well, even...
I called S&W today, after being transferred a few times, I talked to a gentleman who was very interested in more information about what happened. They wanted the gun shipped to them immediately and emailed me a prepaid packing slip. He even asked me if I had taken any photos of what happened...
I really appreciate the thoughts guys. And I can't even explain how happy I am to be here in good health.
I've ruled out barrel obstruction because there was absolutely no barrel damage. I've seen guns with barrel obstructions that get shot. In all of them, there is some sort of evidence...
More than likely, it was a powder problem. I just wonder if something else came into play.
Like I said before, I immediately went home and spent the afternoon with a bullet puller to eliminate the batch that had been produced with the faulty round. I went back and counted brass and it was...
The reason I said the double charge would be rare for me is because of the way the Dillon works, versus charging individual rounds on a reloading tray (which i have done before). Rare might not be the right word though, certainly possible.
I really appreciate the responses. It is helping me...
As I'm looking at the help that I am getting here and factoring in the bullet that I found on the ground, I think that chamber number 6 was unfired and it was the 5th round that was indexed. The brass looks fairly clean on chamber 6 and thinking of the way the cylinder indexs, it makes sense...
Joni- thats kind of what I was thinking as well. Seems possible.
A double charge would explain a lot, its just hard for me to think of how it would happen. Always possible...
In order to be a double charge, I would have had to have a round in the mix that didn't get any powder per the way the dillon press works - the remaining rounds loaded all were pulled and taken apart and I found no errors in what I had reloaded and we didnt have one at the range. I pulled...
