Just a quick comment, not trying to HiJack thread. I had the same trouble w my Classic 57 41mag. Milky barrel. I didn't purchase it this way. I didn't use Hoppes just Rem Oil w micro fiber cloth. Purchased used unfired . With slight turn line I'd call that honest ware. You guys are amazing...
