I'll try to do my part to get back on track. I have carried my 439 on occasion years ago, but since I liked it too well to chance losing or damaging it, I put it back in the cabinet and went with plastic for my daily carry now.

Good looking gun! I bought a used 439 (supposedly a 39 with minor revisions) at a gunshow many years ago just because I thought it looked so good! It feels good, shoots well and looks like an auto should look, in my opinion. Never had a problem with it.

I bought my SD40 a few months ago because it fit my hand so well and I liked the front night sight and the improved trigger over the Sigma. So far I'm very happy with it!
