Exactly! I made sure to add that to my initial post. I wore ear protection the whole time conducting these tests, however I did fire a few rounds with no protection using the Aguila Super Colibri round, and it is seriously quiet.

Unfortunately no bolt action .22, although I do have a pistol chambered .22 that also might be interesting to test the difference in. should be much louder in the pistol. I'll see if I can find any friends with a bolt action for the next test. thanks, -Charles

The mag follower is blue...Is that not normal haha? And yes, I need many many more mags :-D...Still gotta do some round testing and see what works best as well, then massive amounts of ammo will follow!

Yea I just like the looks of them and think it would be rather comfy and nice, even if its way too much for the 15-22. I don't mind spending the money though because I'm in the middle of an AR build and it will just go on the real rifle as I desire. I'd love to see pics or any other suggestions...

Only for some of us is it already quiet enough. A .22 caliber rifle like the M&P is still at least upwards of 130DB. I hate that I live in california because I'm a musician that loves shooting, but I've already begun to damage my hearing, and seeing as my career depends on it I cant be around...

hmmm, It seems like some people have ok luck with some of these rounds and others downright disapprove. If the cci quiets eject but dont load another round would it be dangerous to just load up the mag and pull the charging handle every time to fire them? sort of like single shot... Right now...
