I'm not using reloads or cheap ammo. I'm shooting Speer Lawman 115gr and Sellier & Bellot 115gr. If you would read back through this whole thread you would find that others are having the same trouble with the Shield. Why do you jump to the conclusion that it can't be the gun?

I bought my Shield 9 outright. I've got a Glock 19 Gen 3 and my wife has a Glock 26 Gen 4. I'm seriously considering trading her 26 for another Shield.

I paid $449 + tax for my 9 on 7/12. They had a bunch of them.

New to S&W and new to the forum. Just picked up a Shield 9 today and really like it. Have been shooting Glocks for a while and like a lot of others I caught the Shield bug. Good to be here.
