Just to clarify, I purchased the rifle new from GRABAGUN about a month ago. A1 style model 811033 that's threaded by the factory. This leaves me wondering if S&W has actually quietly rolled out a revision to the thread length. Serial #HBX9xxx- Perpetual Nomad

I bought a new 15-22 that comes with a threaded business-end, and purchased this shroud to accompany it. Out of curiosity, does anyone else have this amount of overhang from this product? There's no washer on in this photo, and from what they tell me 1/8" is expected (but this is more like...- Perpetual Nomad
