Yes I do shoot quite a bit but it's always been rifles, shotguns, muzzleloaders. I've hunted since I was old enough to. There wasn't a qualification for the permit I just had to fill out a form at the county sheriff's office and they did a backround check all in all a pretty easy process.

I've had my M&P9 for a month now and I hate to admit I haven't put a round through it. I didn't want to do anything until I got my license to carry here in Pa. I've never owned a handgun until now. I got my license and I'm going to put some rounds downrange tomorrow.

Just wanted to say hi. I just bought my first handgun and went with an M&P 9 after doing quite a bit of research I was leaning between the M&P or a Glock but the M&P just fit me much better. I'm sure I'll have lots of questions so thanks in advance.
