So I found my "holy grail" gun to today a 4" 41 magnum, I've been looking for a couple of years and found it at a gun show today. Now for the interesting part it is a stainless gun, but is stamped mod 57 instead of 657. Has anyone seen a mis mark like this? Fairly happy with the price I gave in...

240 swc over 6.0 grains of unique is my best tested load in my charter arms bulldog and it shoots well in my 629 4" too, but then again I think the smith can shoot anything well.
