I'll be 83 next month and I found that after a couple hundred rounds, the recoil spring seemed to get a lot softer. The mags too have gotten easier to load, but the 12 rounder I don't think will ever be easy to load. Doesn't matter as I load one down iun the mags anyhow.

Yes, my reloads "plunk", they just don't want to run up the feed ramps into the chamber.

Good info skipperjb. I don't think the BG2's are throated enough and the bullet gets stuck in the rifling.

I would never use reloads for self defense carry, but I'm sure as hell not going to shoot high priced defensive ammo for plinking or range ammo.

I ran 175 rounds of the same reloads thru it when I first got it wjth no problems. So what caused this 100 rds to be different?

Well, I got it to work. It has to be seated with the top band flush with the case mouth. I also had to size them .356 dia. for them to cycle. Still some playing around to do with them, but they will work.

Anybody shooting this bullet in there S&W BG 2.0? I can't get them to chamber as they jam into the top of the barrel and seem to be trying to go in at a steep angle. Any help or suggestions would be great, Thanks.

Do you have to register your gun with S&W before you contact them? I didn't see any forms or numbers to call in the box when I bought it.

The slide feels very gritty when you pull it back and forth. It will smooth out no doubt after some shooting.

Well I bought it a couple days ago and have been cleaning and polishing the fee ramps. It really feels gritty and it is very hard to rack. I got the 10 rd mag fully loaded but not the 12 rd. Could only get 11 in. It will be awhile before I get to shoot it as I have some other things going on...

I just use regular lube and water droped wheel weights and have shot them in my Ruger LCP 2 and never had leading. Just wanted to know if there's any problem with feeding or any other problems shooting cast. Thanks for the reply.

Yes Beju your right. I'm going to wait a couple of weeks and hope that newer ones that were made this year will be in stock as I'm sure they will.

Does S&W ever put these on sale? I usualy buy from Rual King or Dunham's.
