Haven't had both. All of my handguns came with Trijicon. Those that didn't got Trijicons installed. It's all I've used. Trijicon HD are on my Shield. I know there are many good sights out there I just tend to stick with what I'm familiar with. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
