The 9c is my EDC. Grip size with the flat baseplate mag is almost identical to the G26, yet holds two more rounds. The slide is just a tad bit longer than the G26. I would agree the old compact is really a sub compact. That said I love mine. I have a G19 but my 9c is what I grab everyday...
