    Nickel 469

This nickel 469 popped up and I'm curious about it. It comes with it's box, some paperwork and several extra magazines (they appear to be 10 rounders). The seller says it an Ashland exclusive and seems proud of it with his asking price of nearly $700. What say you?

    CZ-75?

I'm a fan of CZs decocker models. As with all CZ 75s, the ergos are great and the decocker function solves any concerns with carrying locked and locked. (PCR, 75bd, and 97bd)

    Oh boy... now what?

Welcome to the forum. You're 624 is beautiful. While it's unfortunate that a previous owner added those medallions, they help tell the guns story. There may be a forum member that will swap your Ks for Ns, but they will never be the ones you found it with. The 696 is an iconic L frame in 44...

    645 with dovetailed front sight

This 645 popped up on another forum and the front sight has me curious. Most I see online have a fixed front sight with a red insert. This one has a black dovetailed front sight. I also noticed the decocker doesn't have a Phillip's nor an Allen head screw in it. The serial number prefix is...

    Ruger Redhawk 41 (photos added)

Ok, thanks to all your high quality enabling (not that I really need it), I brought this one home today. It ended up satisfying my interest in a 5.5" Redhawk and my curiosity about .41 magnum and at $825 out the door, I couldn't say no. Once I clean it up and take it to the range, I'll try to...

    Ruger Redhawk 41 (photos added)

Ok, so, I had a minute to take a other look today. There is no box, but the gun checks out mechanically. While I didn't really inspect the forcing cone, side to side play at lock up is minimal and endshake is nonexistent. The barrel has some leading and I would ask to run a brush through it...

    Ruger Redhawk 41 (photos added)

I recently came across a stainless 41 magnum Ruger Redhawk with a 5.5" barrel. When I saw it, I kinda dismissed it because ammo has been pretty scarce for a while. Now that I think about it, I wonder if I should take another look. The serial number dates the revolver to 1984. I don't have a...

Interarms PPK/S (update on post 22)

So, I brought her home today. The seller gave me a $50 break off his asking price and since you all seemed to think the asking price was good, I couldn't let it pass. It came with everything Interarms shipped it with (manual, warranty info, test target, lock, 2 mags and the original box)...

Interarms PPK/S (update on post 22)

I appreciate all the feedback. My interest in a PPKS is more "to have and to hold", than to "pour rounds through it". I"ll let you know if I decide to bring her home.

Interarms PPK/S (update on post 22)

I am looking at an Interarms marked PPK/S with serial number of S160893. From what I can tell, this serial number would have been manufactured near the end of Ranger's production run in 1999 and while thier guns had some QC issues, they are generally regarded as better guns than the ones that...

    617 confirmation

SCSW 4th edition lists product code 100578 as having a 10 round stainless cylinder. There is no mention of production numbers, so I can't speak to its rarity. I'm sure the experts will stop by soon and provide more detail. Nice revolver. I love my 4" -1.

    Full Lug Friday!

You guys flatter me resurrecting this old thread, but it is Friday, so, why not. Right? Since I started it, I've let a few of those go, but I added these. A no dash 686 snubby, a no dash nickel 586 and a dash 4 model 60. I'd love to have kept them all, but I'm happy with the up grades.
