    Hamilton Bowen 45 Colt

Dang. I just talked to him about a Ruger/Anaconda build in 45 Colt. Thankfully, for my wallet, Colt released the Anaconda in 45 Colt again. He does beautiful work!

    625-3

Is there a 625-3 3” Performance Center in 45 Colt? I feel like I’m only seeing the 625-3 in .45 acp. I know the odd numbers are normally 45 Colt, but I don’t see this gun description anywhere (but an auction site).

    625-7 3”

A nice range day today with the 3” 625-7 45 Colt. I gotta say I have several nice revolvers- Smiths, Colts etc. but this 625 might be the best of them all. Easy to carry, smooth to shoot and dead balls accurate. I put a small set of pachmayrs on and they really take away any felt recoil.

    Speaking of Mountain Guns…

Awesome country… looks like an amazing trip. I had the 625-7 3” 45 Colt with me last week hiking mid/upper Arizona areas. I love 45 Colt. Hopefully Smith releases the new MG in 45 Colt again.

    Have You Sought Professional Training?

The market is saturated with “high speed” instructors with heavily fluffed resumes and lots of gear. I’ve been in federal LE over 30 years and been an FI as a collateral for 27. I’ve been fortunate to attend many levels of training and I can tell you almost none of it would apply to real-world...

    Sticky gun purchase, your thoughts?

As long as the firearm ships to an FFL, it doesn’t matter where the buyer lives. The ultimate transfer to the buyer must be in their state of residency. If you want to pay multiple shipping/transfer fees to various FFLs, that’s up to you and their willingness to accommodate you.
