I had one failure-to-eject with aluminum cased ammo in my Canik TP9. After confirming the stuck round was spent, I dropped the mag, racked the slide a few times and disassembled at the firing line. A bit of tap-tap-tap with a cleaning rod and the empty popped out. Buttoned it all back...
