.357 Mag Pressure Signs: How Sticky is Too Sticky?

rockquarry, I didn't need to assume. You explained the situation quite clearly in post #8. On another topic, sticky cases can be caused by many different variables. If you have sticky cases and flattened primers, you should stop right there and evaluate your situation.

    Aircraft pictures from Twitter/X

This P-51A landed at our local Airport to spend the night after attending the last ever races in Reno. There are not many P-51A's with the Allison V-1710 engines around. He left for home in Kansas the next day.

My photography skills are not the greatest. It looks much better in person than in the photos. I am pretty sure you are correct about the plugged lanyard hole.

Outdoorsman to 1950 Target Factory conversion?

I sighted in 2" high at 25 yards with the six-inch barrel and after converting to the 4-inch I was one inch lower. I raised it to 2" high and that is where it is today.

Outdoorsman to 1950 Target Factory conversion?

I have always said "half of what I know I learned from old farts. The other half I learned from books that old farts wrote." I can't speak for you, but as for myself, I could not have become the shooter I am without input from my mentors, all dead now. No matter how good a person thinks they...

Interesting Averages for shots fired in a Self-Defense

Jeff Cooper stated, "Sight picture is nothing more visual verification of proper presentation". Howard Hill, one of the greatest instinctive archers of all time stated, I do not focus on my arrow, but I am aware of where it is in relation to the target. I believe he called it secondary focus...

    Charles Winstead Pistol.

If you go to this page of Mr. Wack's Dusty Roads website, it tells the story pretty well. I will attach a few more photos. The photograph of Charlie was given to my Dad with the pistol. I have no idea who captioned the back of the photo. I doubt it was Charlie. The hand writing is completely...

Good Afternoon! I am a new member and not familiar with how this all works. Please have a since of humor with my fumbling 1st attempt at posting. I have been told by a few friends that I should share this with other collectors as some may be interested. About ten years ago, A co worker and I...
