    Zastava M 70 32 acp pistols

Many of these have been imported over the last few years. Great all steel guns really. Very accurate also. But, they are notorious for a heavy trigger pull. We just could not find a good trigger shoe to help out. Finally I did and got it today. It makes the gun so much easier to shoot. So, if...

    Hello from Eastern Iowa

Been a bit unusual for the South this year it seems. Just be glad you are not getting single digit temps for a high and below zero temps at night. As I have gotten older, I prefer to just stay inside when it is this cold nowadays.:)

You got it. That is exactly what I found out from a Winchester Rep who was in my LGS years ago. The Q4318. And, I have not seen any of it for years now.

What's with all the 124 gr factory 9mm for sale everywhere...

The true US NATO 9mm 124 gr was only made at the Winchester Oxford, MS plant. It has an internally sealed bullet and a sealed primer. The head stamp is always WMA 14 and a NATO Cross. Box Part Number is Q4318. Now, Winchester did take surplus brass from Oxford and sent to other plants. It was...

What's with all the 124 gr factory 9mm for sale everywhere...

Mike, I kind of think 9mm 115 FMJ isn't going to go lower than perhaps $.28-$.30 per round any time soon. I am talking US made brass cased ammo only. If Ukraine/Russian situation gets worse, watch ammo go up fast.

Local Gun Store - Well Stocked But Overpriced

I can't remember how long it lasted. However, near the end a certain caliber came back first. Then another one and so on. One caliber at a time. Just as we are seeing again today.

    Pan fried squirrels and gravy

I cook them similar to you. Really good. I have gray, black, and fox up here where I live in Iowa. They are really thick this year! I just shot three about two hours ago and got them skinned, quartered, and in the fridge. Will have tomorrow. Darned things are swarming my two bird feeders...

Local Gun Store - Well Stocked But Overpriced

I am seeing the same around here at stores. I also see it happening online. Manufacturers only run certain calibers for X period of time. Then change tooling and run another caliber. And so it goes as it has been always. Now, I have seen various ammo shortages for what ever reason for the last...

Has price for 9 mm range ammo bottomed out for now

I agree with you. My online sources of ammo are beginning to have more .380 and even 38 Special coming in now. Not a lot, but they have some. Lots of 40 S&W it seems. I feel the change over of calibers may have just begun recently.

    SHOOTING THE GREASE GUN

We were issued the M3A1 in our M48 tanks in 1963. I really did like getting to the range with one. Good times.

I have small hands and the G43X fits and handles like I wanted. Not any problem since I bought it. I really do like it.
