You making loads for your gun? You might try changing the powder charge. Then too, some guns like a 158 gr. bullet better.

How many of this version 629-6 were actually made? Would that number include ones from the Smith Custom shop?

Guns are sold by condition and price. $500 is average. Now pictures and description would help determine its actual value. Unfired and in original box would substantially increase the value. One dragged through a sand box and never cleaned and value goes down quickly. Scratches or wear...
