I suggest looking at a pack of needles. You'll find one the right size in there somewhere. Grind it to length.

I'm 77 now, and I have wanted a Smith & Wesson Model 42 in Nickel since I was 15. Frankly, I've come to prefer the Model 40; the Airweight Model 42 is a little too snappy. But, I'd still love to have an M42.
