Has my 14-3 been modified to take .357?

Interesting. Local shop near me also has a 14-3 6" that has a .357 cylinder and barrel. The ejector shroud also doesn't quite line up with the frame on the bottom

Model 38 air weight nickel. Deal or no deal?

I looked at it today and the nickel finish is terrible. Didn’t see any cracks but the finish really turned me off

Model 38 air weight nickel. Deal or no deal?

Pinned. No box just the gun. Not mint Trying to search this one is difficult because it's a model 38. I get a million irrelevant search results. I couldn’t get an associate to take it out of the case before I had to leave for a meeting. Not sure why the picture ends up sideways Good deal?

    Factory Nickel & Proud Pins?

I have a nickel 29 no dash from early 60s which has the small N under the extractor star, like your 19, rather than the cylinder face. I believe that’s the way it was done at the time. I can’t speak about the pins without it in front of me. I can check tomorrow

    629-5 Classic 8 3/8” barrel question

Looking back on the first S&W I ever purchased. It is a 629-5 Classic with a full lug 8 3/8” barrel and hogue rubber grips with S&W emblem. I’ve been doing some google searching and can’t find similar examples. Did they make less of the dash 5 Classics with the long barrel? I know the long...
